Do you charge for shipping?
No. BAGSTOO offers free tracked shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 22:00 (UK time) are processed the same business day; later orders are handled the next business day.
What are the estimated delivery times?
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States: 6–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local couriers.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?

Which items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized products and hygiene items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned unless unopened and unused.

- Wait for a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Repackage the item with all tags and the authorization form.
- Ship it using a tracked postal service.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days for defective or incorrect items — we will cover shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong size, return it and place a new order for the correct size.
